Scheduled regular meetings in 2026: Third Wednesday of February, April, June, October, and November at 3:00 P.M. via teleconference. 

The Board of Directors may call special meetings or cancel a regular meeting as may be needed. All notice of meetings are posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes.
