District Fees - Setup and Instructions

Billing and payments will be handled through a third-party billing service, AmCoBi.

Your initial payment will be made as part of your closing settlement.
AmCoBi will mail a bill once the first payment is due. Once you have received the your first billing statement, you will have your account number and will be able to set up automatic payments if you choose.

If you do not receive a statement in the mail, please contact Customer Service at (719) 532-0167 x2.
