Waters’ Edge Metropolitan District Nos. 1–5

My wife, Susan, and I moved to Fort Collins from the Chicago suburbs in July
2024, and in just a year we’ve fallen in love with all that FoCo has to offer—
great restaurants, happy hours, breweries, music venues, festivals, and the
many hiking and biking trails. We’ve also enjoyed exploring several of
Colorado’s incredible mountain towns.
In my free time, I enjoy tennis, pickleball, biking, hiking, traveling,
volunteering, and spending time with friends and family. We feel so fortunate
to be part of the Sonders community, especially because of the wonderful
neighbors and friendships we’ve already made. I look forward to serving on
the board and helping move Sonders toward its full vision.
